Linda Dawe Associates formed in 1980 to promote artists on independent labels, breaking the radio hit charts with artists Frankie & The Knockouts, Kix, Cruiser, Don McLean ("Crying") and David Wilcox. Linda worked directly for Billy Vera, Domenic Troiano, Shawn Jackson, Rita MacNeil, Blue Rodeo. The company expanded as The Music Brokers bringing the Gipsy Kings to Canada and promoting Helmut Lotti, Emma Shapplin, Andre Gagnon.
The list goes on... Randy Bachman, The Kings, Pavlo, Larry Gowan, Honeymoon Suite, The Northern Pikes, Downchild Blues Band, Kashtin, Nancy Martinez, Mike Plume, The Mahones, The Immigrants, The Yardbirds, Carlos Morgan, Kelly Willis, The Rockin' Highliners, The Satellites, Moxy Fruvous, Hugh Dillon, Jane Siberry, Patrick Norman, Roch Voisine.
As manager, she secured major record deals with Decca International for Matt Dusk and with Universal Music in the UK for RyanDan.
Her client list has sold over 50 million records world wide.
